I had seen those spinning bars with colorful plates on them so many times before, but never dared to go near them. It took Sholeh to come over from Amsterdam and drag me there: to a Sushi bar, a brand new one in Holborn. That was fun and an amazing ricy craby salmony adventure I wouldn't mind to repeat. Danke Shoen Sholeh! ("schoen" has been misspelt in order to draw a parallel between Sholeh & Shoen:)).
